The rules are simple, survival is difficult. You can only move on your colour squares, thus to get to a new location you must shoot to clear a route. If your opponent colours the square you're standing on you're out. So it is important to defend your position and increase your domain.
How to play the ColorWars.io game?
You start with a little piece of land and have to grow it with constant shoots. Use wasd or arrow keys to move, drag your mouse to aim and keep the left mouse button pressed to shoot. For every square you take you receive gold and experience, which may be used to upgrade weapons or build defensive fortifications.
